BMT RN Assistant Manager (Night Shift)
The Bone Marrow Transplant RN Assistant Manager will partner with an assigned Nurse Manager to provide oversight for patient care and nursing services on their assigned unit and shift. This includes promoting quality, evidence-based care, and patient satisfaction in a fiscally responsive manner.
Assistant Nurse Managers will work 2 x 12-hour shifts as Charge RN, and 2 x 8-hour shifts in an administration role at the UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty & Research Hospital.
