We are seeking a Local 55 Superintendent to lead our Sheet Metal – New Construction operations in the Spokane, WA territory. This role is responsible for overseeing project management, supervision, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring both short- and long-term projects are successfully executed while upholding our core values of Collaboration, Community, Dedication, Fun, Innovation, and Safety.

Compensation: The base hourly wage is $83.31 per hour, aligned with the SMART Local 55 Building Trades General Foreman (Spokane, WA) total package rate—which includes union benefits such as participation in the National and Northwest Pension Plan.
- This is a non-exempt position requiring membership in SMART Local 55, including meeting all associated hiring requirements and certifications.
- Annual performance-based bonuses are available, tied to success within the assigned geographic area.
- The role includes a company-supplied vehicle, fuel card, and technology package (cell phone, laptop, and necessary peripherals).
This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). All applicable benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans are administered by the applicable labor union.
