The Role: Master Claims. Streamline Processes. Drive Results.
This role is at the heart of our accounts team in Canton, GA, ensuring claims are managed flawlessly and all processes align with ProCraft’s mission to serve 35,000 homeowners by December 31, 2032. We will train the right person to excel in this role and become an expert in our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Certificate of Completion (COC) Management:
- Review and submit certificates of completion for collections.
- Confirm COC receipt by the insurance carrier or homeowner.
- Ensure depreciation is released and documented accurately.
- Claim Supplementation:
- Manage and process single-trade claim supplements with precision and compliance to insurance requirements.
- Collaborate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams to keep claims progressing efficiently.
- Provide timely, no-fluff updates to leadership about collections and claims status.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to optimize claims and accounts workflows.
