Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PAM Architect/Administrator to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining PAM solutions using Beyond Trust and Devolutions products to protect our organization's sensitive systems and data. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of and applied experience in PAM, combined with a strong background in cybersecurity and systems administration.
- Design and implement robust PAM solutions using Beyond Trust and Devolutions product suites.
- Maintain and enhance existing PAM frameworks to ensure comprehensive security of privileged accounts.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and enforce security policies.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to strategize and plan the enhancement of security measures.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership in the area of privileged access security.
- Monitor and manage access controls and configurations to prevent unauthorized access.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to PAM policies, procedures, and system configurations.
- Train and support IT staff and end-users on the use of PAM technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PAM administration and/or architecture, with specific expertise in Beyond Trust and Devolutions products.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, especially related to privileged access and account management.
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Background check required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in cybersecurity, especially related to privileged access management (e.g., Beyond Trust or other relevant certifications).
- Experience with additional security tools and technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure and database security.
