A company is looking for an Operations Admin / Data Clerk.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and enter customer and account data into digital databases and spreadsheets
- Ensure data integrity and quality control by reviewing and verifying information for accuracy
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues and perform other assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience as a data entry clerk or in a related administrative role within an operations department
- U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual obligations
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and routing software is a plus
