Active TX License or IMLC
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Fellowship - Preferred
Required Skills: General Otolaryngology (Surgical, Non-surgical), Endoscopic procedures (Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy, Flexible, Rigid, Laryngoscopy)
