• Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30-4
Thursday: 7:30-11:30
Clinic Call (after hours): 11 days per month
- Shift begins when last patient is finished (4-4:30) and ends following morning at 7a
- Weekends: 7a-7a
Specific Dates:
- May 27-30, June 1-3, August 1-10

• Clinical Details

Outpatient clinic only
Duties: Endocrinology/Diabetes patients
Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per day
New consults and follow ups

• Requirements

Board Certified
- if Board Eligible (ABIM only)
Active WA license or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
Completed Endocrinology Fellowship
Clean Malpractice - Preferred
ACLS/BLS/DEA

• Call

Call is split between 3 M.D.'s (no hospital/ER call, medication questions & hosp. docs calling for consults)
Weekend call can be remote
Everything provider will get called for can be handled over the phone/remote, will never need to come in
