- Outpatient and Inpatient practice
- Full time support from an Advanced Practice Provider
- Large referral network within the health system of over 1500 affiliated providers
- Serves as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
- Provides high-value care; demonstrates good stewardship of resources by limiting unnecessary testing and referrals; and considers risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
- Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail to allow another provider to continue the patient's care as well as to allow other parties to review the safety and quality of care provided.
