The psychiatrist functions in accordance with plans and policies established and performs duties within the medical setting as a member of the care team.

- Full-Time Schedule
- In person position position but can be a hybrid
- Average of 18-20 patients per day
- Valid and current Florida Medical License
- DEA certification
- Maintain hospital privileges at the Center's referral hospital
- Provides direct diagnostic assessment and evaluation of patients; coordinates care with the primary care physician; participates in treatment plan reviews.
- Participates in Peer Review and Quality Improvement initiatives
- Oversees broad range of the organizations treatment modalities performed by both psychiatrists and other health professionals for the benefit of the mentally ill
