New Job Details Location: 1 hour from Portland, OR
Duration: Estimated September 30 start date. Willing to sign a 6-12 month contract, ongoing
Reason for coverage: permanent opening, need coverage long-term to bridge the gap
Schedule: required to be in clinic every week, 3-4 days per week, minimum of 90 day commitment
Shift: Monday Thursday 8a-5p
Call: No IP, no Call
Patient volume: 60 min new patients, 30 minutes for f/u (option for increased time if complex patients)
Scope: outpatient, 50/50 HEM/ONC, providers put in their own orders
EMR: Epic
Affiliated Hospital: -Referral center for the rural medicine in the area
-39 bed hospital, Level III trauma designation
Group/support: Full specialist with support from another large group in the area, if needed
NP ONC - 4 days per week
Requirements (boards, license): BC or truly BE in Medical Oncology
