Schedule/Availability Requirements: Shifts Available: - 6:30am-3:30pm
- 11:00am-8:00pm
- 3:30pm-12:30am
- 9:30pm-6:30am
Duties: Routine ER duties; codes; ER locums don't have a lot of trauma responsibilities

- Training: Completion of an ACGME/AOA approved Emergency Medicine residency program.
- Experience: Actively practicing as an Emergency Medicine Physician for the last 12 months or completion of an Emergency
- Medicine Residency in the last 6 months
Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 60 days
(completed application needs to be returned to facility 48 hours after receipt) Requirements: Case logs from facilities need to be returned ASAP;
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED
- NE license or IMLC - Highly Preferred
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice - Highly Preferred
- Availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
