MUST HAVE : ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC Unit Information: TRAUMA OR RN (705) Facility: HCA FLORIDA KENDALL HOSPITAL Address: 11750 Bird Road, Miami, FL 33175 Floor: Building: Cost Center: 705 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds: 18 OR suites plus 2 Minor Rooms · Number of Staff: · Type of Staff: AORN Staffing recommendations with support staff such as orderlies, anesthesia techs, unit secretaries. o Day Shift: o Night Shift: · Patient Ratios – 1:1 · Type of Equipment: varies per service line specialties · Documentation System: Meditech · Call Requirements: 24 hours Trauma Service, 12 hour shifts, alternate weekends, on call assignments Typical Hiring Profile Must have : (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH ) · ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC · Minimum of 2 years experience · Ability to circulate Trauma, General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular procedures · Meditech required List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): · Total Joint procedures, Robotic gynecology oncology, Craniotomy procedures Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently) · n/a Dress Code : · Scrub Color – surgical scrubs provided Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, etc. · We have an exceptional Burn and Trauma Center · Top performer in Robotic Surgery in South Florida
