**Orientation is bi-weekly Duke Lifepoint Hospital 294 beds Joint Commission Accredited Cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, surgical services, and more! Wilson, NC 45 miles east of Raleigh 2 hours from the coast of NC 1 hour from major universities such as Duke, NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, and East Carolina University 15 min drive to Lake Wilson from facility Home to the historic Fleming Stadium Must have Meditech experience **Local Rate: $49 - candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel** Unit Profile Facility Name: Wilson Medical Center Floor: 3rf & 5 th Med Surg Trauma Level: Position Information: • Facility Department/Cost Center: 3 rd 620 & 5 th 615 • Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN • Specialty: Med Surg • Number of Openings: • Shift: 12 hour 7-7 • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: every other • Call Requirements: None • Required Certifications: BLS NIH • Years of Experience: >2 years • Float Requirements: Yes – as 2 nd nurse , Tele , ED • Additional Notes: Must be able to schedule them to fit our needs Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 22 beds on each unit • Patient Ratios: 6:1 up to 7:1 • Equipment: Telemetry • EH R: MEDITECH • Supervisor : • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult; Geriatric Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: Meditech • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Med Surg • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Surgical; Hou ; PD exchanges; placement, psych • Personality Fit: family oriented • Required Education: Associates RN Dress Code: • Scrub Color: Any • Any unacceptable attire: N/A
