Informatics Pharmacist – Compass Rose
Our Clinical Informatics and Data Analytics Team (CIDA) is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy pharmacist builder to join our team. This position is responsible for optimizing and expanding workflows related to specialty pharmacy utilizing the Compass Rose application. This position will also help support the growth of Deaconess Health System through support of new facilities and the expansion of services at existing facilities.
Job Overview:
• Hybrid (at least 50% required on site)
• Responsible for configuration and build pertinent to employee’s applications -including discovery, build, testing, go-live, and support
• Coordination and performance of system upgrades and updates
• Ability to work closely with end users to troubleshoot problems related to applications and find resolutions
• A qualified candidate will be able to solve complex problems and have attention to detail
• The ability to project manage medium and complex projects
What You Will Need
• Active Pharmacist License required
• Compass Rose and Willow Ambulatory Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification required within 6 months of being hired into this position (Active certification preferred)
• Relevant knowledge to application or support experience
• Knowledge and/or experience of Specialty Pharmacy workflows
• Ability to use a variety of software, remote meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office
