Duties
- Learn our systems and procedures to be successful
- Train side by side with managers to get better daily
- Contact families daily that request information from the company
- Teach families about the policies they can qualify for
- Call and set appointments for your schedule
- Run our best practices to be successful
- Build a team and get into leadership
Skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in sales or upselling products is a plus.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office environments and standard office equipment.
- Phone etiquette that reflects professionalism and courtesy.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
