Travel Order (1730242) Start-ASAP Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics (FKA Palmer Lutheran Health Center) SCRUB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR RN - 8-12hr Variables - Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital - West Union, Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours 8-12hr Variable Shifts; start times range from Weekend/Holiday: Weekend Call - every 3-4 weeks Rotating holidays Float Requirements: None On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1 week of call every 3-4 weeks; 30-min response time Required Certifications: IA RN, BLS, ACLS, PALS Minimum Experience: 2 years in specialty area. Previous experience working in Critical Access Hospital is beneficial Charting Experience Required: EPIC experience preferred Required Skillset: Ability to circulate and/or scrub Unit Information: GI, Ortho, Cataracts, Podiatry, Vascular, Pain Clinic, OB/GYN Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:2 typically for procedures; variable during afternoon clinic Scrub colors: Scrubs are provided by the hospital. GSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed **candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start
