INTAKE SPECIALIST WANTED FOR FAMILY LAW PRACTICE

We are seeking an Intake Specialist with a passion for helping customers to join our dynamic team!
The overall goal of Intake is to provide welcoming, empathetic and professional service to potential clients of The Levey Law Group. We are the “face” of TLLG and want to encourage positive client interaction, setting the tone for the clients journey through TLLG.
This is a remote, full-time position.
This is not a sales role. Sales experience is not requested or required.
Responsibilities
- Qualify potential clients per current criteria provided
- Conduct thorough conflict checks
- Input and sort client data into our CRM
- Schedule appointments for Case Evaluators and Attorneys
- Accept consultation payments
- Perform timely follow ups with potential clients per guidelines
- Follow protocol for communication of appointments between teams
- Be a team player!
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outgoing, positive personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Some computer literacy is necessary, CRM experience is a plus.
- A quiet environment to take phone calls is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience
- Preferred 1+ years experience in customer service, phones and/or administrative skills
