- Coverage Dates: 22 days per month ongoing
- Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am to 4:30pm. Call if needed 24 hours Supervise 3 NPs
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: on call 24 hours. Assigned and unassigned patients
- Type of Patients/Cases: Bladder cancer, Erectile dysfunction, Incontinence, Kidney stones, Overactive bladder, Testicular cancer, Urologic infections, and stones Cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy
- Patients per Day/Volume: 20 patients in clinic
- Life Certifications/Qualifications required (to include specific board): Urology
- Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Three NPs, clinic registration and nurse
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Trauma Level: no designation
