Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Oncology OR Hematology/Oncology (will not accept a Hematologist who isn't Boarded in Oncology)
- BLS
- MI License or IMLC
- Provider cannot have a long work history
- Must be comfortable doing Malignant Hematology (inpatient)
