Clinical Role:

- Employment - Community Practice Model
- Hospital privileges
- Growing 9-hospital physician led healthcare system
- Procedures include - General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN and Endoscopies
- Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Schedule-3 weeks on/1 week off, which provides 13 weeks off each year
- Sick time also included
- Shared Call
- # of surgical cases per month: 180
- Established CRNA team with experienced providers
- Moonlighting opportunities available
- BLS & ACLS Certifications Required
- Integrated Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
- Salaried Position
