Schedule/Availability Requirements:
ASAP- as soon as credentialed - 6 months to a year Shift times: Weekdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch
- Frequency: Monday Friday, every week- no call, would also consider someone who could do only a few days/week- will consider 3 weeks per month but the site will prioritize full time candidates.
Setting: Internal Medicine- will consider a strong FP but that is not ideal. FTE: 1.0 # Providers Needed: 1 Duties: Typical IM clinic population average age 70. About half male/female with multiple comorbidities, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, chf, etc EMR: Cerner Patients per Day: Other providers seeing 12-18 a day depending upon complexity (includes new patients) Support Staff: MA's, MOR's, APP (one in clinic) and RN assigned to clinic Reason for Coverage: Provider Retiring Deal Breakers? Not board certified
Travel Preferences: Air Travel: Would prefer someone local but wouldn't rule out someone who wants to fly home on the weekends.
