Current practice consists of 5 physicians and 1 NPEach physician has access to individual scribe and nurseAbility to perform multiple ancillary services in the officeSees both inpatient & outpatient but does not manage ICU care or overnight admissions/care ( hybrid model)Round on inpatients prior to seeing patients in the office each day1:5 inpatient weekend callThe call during the week is really from 5 to 6 pm. They are in the office until 5 and then the hospitalist take over at 6. On the weekend it is from 7 am to 1 pm and the hospitalist take over at 1 pm. It would be every fifth weekend
