Salaried, full time position includes benefits: 15 days PTO, 12 days sick, 12 paid holidays CME ($3500/10days); $2000 licenses, health and disability insurance, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus and 1% 401K match with loan repayment available. Candidates must have/obtain active MI licensure, current DEA and BE/BC in Family Medicine.
