Types of cases: General emergency care
Volume: 40,000 annual visits, averaging 2.1 patients per hour
EMR: MedHost
Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible within five years in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine; ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; COVID vaccination required
Other: Some admitting orders required; no scribe coverage available
