Registration or Licensure Requirements:Must be licensed (unrestricted) as a medical doctor by the State of Texas and be Board Certified or Board eligible in Psychiatry in the state of Texas.
Must have current registration certificate from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#).
Initial Selection Criteria:- At least three (3) years experience working as a psychiatrist is required.
- Experience working with people with mental illness and intellectual disabilities is preferred.
- Residency trained.
