Job Description: - Position: Regular Full-Time CRNA
- Shift: Day Shift (6:30 am-5:00 pm), 40 hours/week
- Call Frequency: 1:4 (1 day per week and 1 weekend per month required)
- Supervision: CRNA is not medically directed or supervised by Anesthesiologist. Induction agents administered by CRNA.
Essential Duties: - Perform pre-anesthetic evaluation and preparation (25%)
- Prepare the OR Suite for all types of anesthesia (25%)
- Administer, manage, and monitor anesthesia care during induction, maintenance, and emergence (25%)
- Provide post-anesthesia care and evaluation (25%)

Responsibilities: - Ensure safe administration of anesthesia care by taking appropriate safety precautions.
- Identify opportunities for improving quality, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Provide clinical support to other departments within the Medical Center.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience, Training, and Additional Skills: - State of Michigan CRNA Licensure and NBCRNA certification required.
- Excellent written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic and advanced anesthesia skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Windows.
- Not considering Locums candidates.
- Preferred: At least 3 years of CRNA experience, but recent graduates will also be considered.
Compensation and Benefits: - Overtime and on-call rate: 1.5x
