ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Underwrite commercial auto new business
- Bind new business accounts
- Support Underwriters and customer service with various tasks
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts via phone, chat and email
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
- High School Diploma required
- Insurance experience required, Commercial auto/transportation preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret fragmented information
- Required to have strong research skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential situations
- Poise to deal with difficult situations when they arise

PAY RANGE
$21 - $25 and will depend on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
