Details:
- Schedule: 8a - 4:30p Clinic hours. No Call. Ideal availability: 2-3 weeks per month ongoing.
- No New Grads
- IA Licensed STRONGLY PREFERRED. Facility will accept IMLC, however please keep in mind that IA Medicaid takes approx. 12 weeks AFTER the IA License and DEA has been issued. DEA cannot be applied for until IA license is issued. IMLC candidates are looking at an Oct start date.
- Average # of patients per day: Outpatient is 25-40, Inpatient is 0
