- Shift(s) Description: Monday through Friday

- Provider will be working onsite outpatient only; no telehealth
- Well-defined referral source from our Employed & Affiliated Primary Care Physicians

Compensation: - Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Guaranteed Salary for Years One and Two plus Bonus; Year three Productivity Model (Salary based on years of post-training experience, incremental to benefits). To be discussed further at interview.
