- ASAP - Ongoing Need
- 2 Providers Requested
- 3 clinic days / 2 OR days
- 24/Hr. Call Coverage 8am-8am
- 30 Minutes call response time required
- Clinic Hours: 8am-5pm / Friday 8am-1pm
- Half day on Fridays
- 7-12 days office call
- 7-10 days unassigned ED call
- Bread & butter ENT procedures (T&A, tubes)
- Admissions Required
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- 3-5 Patients Per Shift
- 10 Beds in Facility
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- Active VA License
- EMR: Athena/MediTech
