This position is for a Geriatrics Physician providing quality care to nursing home patients in Berlin, Vermont. The role requires a Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine MD, preferably with Geriatric experience, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The provider will handle admissions, discharges, and evaluations, maintaining a patient load of 8 to 12 per day, with a supportive team environment and 24/7 recruiter support available.

- Looking for 1 MD with Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine with preference of Geriatric experience, however not required
- Starting late January/ early February for 3 - 6 months
- Hours are 8 - 5, Monday - Friday
- Description of Work Assignment: Provide quality care to patients in a nursing home setting
- Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: M - F
- Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: M - F 8 - 5 preferred or could consider M - TH 8 - 5
- On Call - Negotiable
- Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, 30 days evaluations
- Patient Load: 8 - 12 patients per day
- Provider Particular Fellowship: Geriatrics
- Will Accept Experience Over Fellowship
- Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
- BLS - Required
- Additional Support Staff
- Working with APP's and MDs
- Mid Levels: Locums will not be responsible however an APP may need to consult with them
