Internal Medicine Primary Care Opportunity
About the Position:
- Outpatient Only Practice - no hospital call
- Work in a collaborative environment with access to multidisciplinary resources and specialists.
- Volumes range based on provider avg. 16-20ppd
- Multiple clinic options with space to house a new provider
- Flexible 4 or 4.5 day work week
- Optional: Potential to augment practice with additional roles including; inpatient rehabilitation rounding, long-term acute care (LTAC) rounding, and/or nursing home rounding/directorships
Compensation & Benefits:
- Offering a $350k base salary or BOE
- Production bonuses based on wRVU production incentives - ($550k+ documented potential)
- Quality bonuses for value-based care initiatives.
