Details:- Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
- No call
- NOT a full time position. Provider will be providing sporadic coverage for potential future PTO coverage
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
- Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? No
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding): 0-1
- Trauma Level 2
- Adult patients
- EMR: Aria
- Required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
- Credentialing timeframe: 2 months
