- Schedule: 1-2 weeks per month, 7am-7am
- Shift: 24 HR. Call Mon-Sun 7a-7a VAD call
- Clinic: Mon-Thu 1p-5p, Fri 8a-12p
- Inpatient VAD Rounding/Heart Failure consults: Mon-Thu 8a-12p, Fri 1p-5p
- Scope: Advanced Heart Failure and VAD Clinic + Inpatient rounding/consults + call
- Volume: Clinic: 10 PPD. Inpatient: 2 consults/day. Call: 1 VAD admission/week
- EMR: Epic
- Support: CVICU Fellow support and RN support for VAD call, clinic, and Heart Failure Consults/VAD rounds
- Hospital: Level 1 Trauma, 478 beds
- Require: Board Certified/Eligible Cardiovascular Disease, Prefer Advanced Heart Fellowship Trained, GA or IMLC Compact License
- Credentialing: 90-120 days
