Residency Program Director Opening in Indiana, PA Pittsburgh PA 55m Full-time Seeking a Psychiatry Residency Program Director. The candidate will have at least five years of clinical experience and board certification. Prior experience running a residency training program in psychiatry is desired. Medical Center is constructing a state-of-the-art facility to be completed by December 2024 with an eight-bed adolescent unit, 24 bed adult unit and 12 bed geropsychiatry unit. Candidate will be involved with the development, implementation, and oversight of our new psychiatric residency training program of 4 residents. The position will be a combination of administrative and clinical duties, including predominantly outpatient as well as inpatient or a combination of both. Weekday call is currently being handled. Weekend call will be estimated to be 1:8. The Department is involved in teaching family practice residents, medical students, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and social work interns.
