Start Date: ASAP -Need is 1 week per month
Contract Length: 6 months or longer
Shift Details: 3 days in clinic and 1.5 days of OR (1 week per month) but could use more clinic hours 8a-5p
Weekend call the week they are onsite working and weekday call when they are there
Schedule: 3 days in the clinic and 1.5 in the OR with weekend call (call is not a deal breaker) Physician may have to come into the hospital. The night house officer does help deflect a lot of the call demands.

Department description: busy pediatric ENT service with 4 ENT surgeons and 4 APP s - in clinic you will be seeing mostly new patients
EMR: Epic
Special procedures: lots of ear tubes and T&A(tonsils and adnoids)
Skills required: full spectrum of pediatric otolaryngeology
