OBGYN Opening in Moses Lake, WA Spokane 100mPartnership track available Seeking an OBGYN to join our team due to community growth. Great flexibility to create work-life balance, plus a compensation package to help you enjoy it. Team consists of 2 Physicians and 2 ARNP Nurse Midwives when fully staffed. Anticipated 1:4 call shared with local OB/GYN physicians Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support 16 - 18 patients per day EPIC Electronic Medical Record Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Recognized by the AMAs Joy in Medicine program as one of 44 organizations committed to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. Work/Life Balance and Benefits Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
