- Call Rotation: 1:5
- Base Salary Guarantee- 500-550k plus RVU and Quality (on average our physicians range 700k-1m)
- 20k Starting Bonus
- 30k Retention Bonus- paid at 2 nd anniversary
- 20k Relocation
- $6,500 annual CME
