We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician motivated to provide exceptional care to older adults in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time position offers a salary range of $240,000 to $263,000, along with generous benefits including a partnership track, CME stipend, and relocation assistance. Ideal candidates will have experience working with geriatric populations and a focus on value-based healthcare in outpatient settings.
Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who is intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults in Brooklyn, NY. Position Highlights:
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics
- Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations
- Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
- Experience in outpatient primary care settings
- Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position
- Deliver higher quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities
