The clinician is needed on a tele-hybrid (1 day onsite, 1.5 days via tele) basis for roughly 20 hours per week. They will be treating the adult population. On the day they are on site, they will need to travel to the patient's homes. They use EMR, and credentialing takes about 2-3 weeks. An active GA license is needed for this assignment.
