As a medical life care planner, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records and analyzing the costs of treatments rendered and necessary.
There is a support team that organizes the records into chronological order and pulls out treatments and diagnosis.

Requirements:
Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Neurology, Neurosurgery or Pain Management needed to complete Life Care Plans for Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation cases.
Certification in Life Care Planning is helpful but not necessary, as will have physicians training from an experienced life care planner.
