A reputable medical group north of Boston, Massachusetts, with more than 600 employees and nearly 200 medical staff members, has an opening for a Nocturnist in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine.
About the opportunity:
- Critical care team includes 35 faculty members, 21 advanced practitioners
- A 229-bed hospital, part of a health system that includes 13 hospitals - 3 academic and 8 community hospitals
- Cover 4 medical ICUs 24/7
- 8-bed ICU with a typical census of approximately 6 patients per day
- Thursday through Saturday schedule (156 night shifts per year)
- The subspecialists provide care in Bariatrics, Vascular, Thoracic, Breast, Colorectal, and General Surgery
- Academic rank will be at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level
