- Shifts beginning September 2024
- Once provider is accepted and moved into credentialing, can start offering tentative shifts
- Shifts 8a-8p & 8p-8a 12-hour shifts
- Weekend Requirements
- No Call
- 14,664 Yearly Volume (40 pts/day)
- Admission Rate: 7%
- ED Beds: 10
- 12 hours of APP coverage
- EMR: Center
- Must participate in EDAP & Acute Stroke Ready Hospital Initiatives
- Trauma Designation: Stroke Center
- Subspecialty Backup: ENT; Peds; GI; Optho; Ortho; Surgery; Behavior Health; Obstetrics
- BC - ABEM with 2 years' experience
- ACLS, BLS, DEA Required
- Active IL License
