We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Primary Care Physician at an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. Highlights:
- Manage only 10-17 patients per day
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)

- $220,000 - $250,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:
