Procedures & skills required: - Provide high-quality, patient-centered care independently in a collaborative manner.
- Deliver care in various settings, including hospital, clinic, telephone, video, or secure email.
- Gather patient history, conduct physical exams, and review data using sound judgment.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans, communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
- Ensure compassionate care through multidisciplinary communication, coordination, and evaluation.
- Educate and counsel patients and families to support treatment and discharge plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and physicians to ensure safe patient care.
- Assist physicians with patient management according to hospital policies and regulations.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and document care per guidelines.
- Support the organization's mission, vision, values, and service standards while being flexible to float between departments if needed.
Requirements:- Board Certified
- Active MA license
- BLS, ACLS
- Clean Malpractice
- Experience - 5+ Year
