The Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician is responsible for managing inpatient care for both adult and adolescent units, conducting hospital and ER consults, and supervising advanced practice providers. The role involves a demanding schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, with calls every third day, requiring expertise in various treatment disorders including anxiety and affective disorders. Experience in inpatient settings and a board certification are mandatory for this position.
Schedule: - Monday - Sunday
- Monday-Sunday (8am - 5pm)
- Weeknight call and weekend call is possible.
- Schedule: MUST work 7 days on/7days off and rotate coverage with the Physician.
- Need will be for January 6 - July 2025.
- Provider will round in the morning, and every third day they will take a turn managing all hospital calls/consults, etc. (during shift hours)

- How Many Psychiatrists in Your Group: 1 part-time inpatient right now
- How Many Advanced Practice Providers Support Your Group: 2
- How Many Psychologists: Zero, inpatient
- Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
- Trauma Level/Designation III
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
