- Required procedures: General CV/thoracic surgery, Coronary artery bypass surgery - on pump
- Preferred procedures: Congenital defects, Valvular repair & repair, Aneurysm repair (cardiac & aorto-thoracic), Lung resection, Chest wall or pleural procedures, Evaluation & management of acute vol/BP issues, Insertion of central line, arterial line, PA catheter, IABP
