Schedule/Availability Requirements: - 12/21/24 - 12/31/24; - 7a - 7a10 days per month in Jan, Feb, March - Weekend Call would be Friday - Monday at 7 or 8a. - Clinic full days are typically 9a- 5p - For 1/2 day clinics: 9a-12p or 1p-5p. - Provider must be able to be on-site within 30 minutes for emergency responses.
