This facility will look ER/FP, ER/IM, and ABEM physicians
Shift times: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
Shifts needed over the next two months:
January 31: 7p-7a
February 14-16 and 23-25: 7p-7a
In general, this facility is looking to fill around 12 shifts per month
Single coverage
Each shift has an RN
75% Adult, 22% Pediatric, and 3% Neonatal patients
12-15 patients per day
1-2 admissions per day
3-4 discharges per day
ED Staff responds to codes but it is secondary to emergencies in the ED
Hospitalists and Tele-Hospitalists write admission orders
The facility stabilizes and transfers many cases that they do not have services for to St Patrick s in Missoula or KRMCS in Kalispell
EPIC EMR
30-60 days to privilege
FP/ER and IM/ER must have ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS CPR certifications
$275 per hour for FP/ER and IM/ER physicians
$310 per hour for ABEM physicians
