SUMMARY
A large hospital in Spokane, WA is searching for a permanent full-time Respiratory Care Practitioner. This unit is made up of caring individuals who put the patient s safety and concerns before themselves. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contemporary Respiratory Therapy principles
- Collaborate with Physicians and Nurses in planning and implementing the patient plan of care
- Operate and maintain complex ventilatory support systems, monitoring and resuscitation devices, respiratory care procedures and patient assessments, diagnostic procedures and oxygen therapy
- Activities may also include other patient care functions for which he or she is qualified.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in AMA accredited school of Respiratory Therapy
- Washington RRT License required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
